Throughout my 35-year career, I have consistently been in client-facing roles, with a significant portion of my experience dedicated to managing staff, devising business strategies, and overseeing overall business operations.

One of the key insights I've gained from these roles is my profound passion for problem-solving and understanding complex business dynamics. I am deeply intrigued by the factors influencing consumer behavior, client retention, and organizational success. This curiosity has driven me to extensively research these topics, seek executive coaching, and engage with industry experts, friends, and family to decode what drives success and what does not.

I have always approached my work with a commitment to exceed expectations. Whether tasked with a project or challenge, I consistently aim to deliver beyond the standard requirements. My proactive mindset has enabled me to address issues creatively, optimize resources, and build effective teams without necessarily increasing headcount.

In the early 2000s, I observed a recurring pattern: friends and colleagues frequently reached out to me for advice on strategies to enhance their professional and business endeavors. Although I initially enjoyed these discussions as personal interests, I later recognized them as indicative of my ability to offer valuable insights and solutions.
The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic provided an opportunity for reflection. As I updated my resume, I realized that my career had largely been defined by solving complex problems—whether it involved starting new departments, hiring teams, improving client retention, or enhancing customer satisfaction while reducing costs. This realization inspired me to consider launching a consulting firm.

In early 2024, I consulted with my youngest advisor, my 8-year-old daughter, who enthusiastically agreed to support the venture on the condition that she could design our first logo. By the second quarter of 2024, Effective Strategies International Consulting (ESI Consulting) was officially established and incorporated in the State of Florida.
